Virtual: Veteran's Day Celebration

The City of Palm Desert’s special Veterans Day Celebration will be offered virtually on Wednesday, November 11, at 11 a.m. The community is invited to join and view the virtual event on both the City’s Facebook page and our YouTube channel.

The program will feature a keynote speaker from the 7th Marine Regiment at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in Twentynine Palms as well as a patriotic concert performance. A new addition to this year’s virtual event is a video presentation honoring local veterans. To submit a photo for inclusion in this presentation, please email vmager@cityofpalmdesert.org.
After the celebration, viewers can learn more about available benefits and resources for veterans during a livestreamed “Resource Round-up” featuring local veterans’ services and resource organizations.
