EXPLORE Junior Historians is a dynamic and exciting after-school program for children ages 8 to 11 that begins September 16, 2024, and runs through May 2025. The Coachella Valley History Museum provides a unique opportunity to immerse children in onsite historical exploration. Through hands-on learning, students learn about the history of the Coachella Valley from the earliest explorers to the contemporary people who have helped shape our community. We will explore our local history by learning what it was like to live here from the 1800s to today. Students will also create art, learn about performing, engage with all new games, and make new friends. Come have fun with us!
