There are 554,000,000 results when you google “new diet books 2021” – no wonder we are all confused! And if you dive in and start reading some of these books, you may find conflicting theories, unhealthy practices, and just plain bad advice.
This workshop will provide a brief overview of some of today’s most popular diets to help you find the good and the bad, as well as offer you some simple strategies for eating healthier that can be easily incorporated into your daily life.
